I've been using a dedicated virtual with MediaTemple for 7 or 8 months. They were kind enough to make me a part of their VIP program a couple months ago.
Haven't had any serious downtime, and everytime I have a question they respond within hours online and minutes by phone. I highly recommend them.

Have you had much trouble with DH yet? They're fine at telling you why an email isn't working or something like that, but when it comes to anything more advanced (Important!), there is a lot of stalling etc. and totally useless answers I found.
